File naming guidelines

Filenaming instructions

General

• No capital letters

• No spaces, use -

• No nordic characters

• Add channel to the name if optimized for specific channel:
  -- web
  -- email
  -- fb
  -- LI
  --instagram
  -- email

Downloads

When a file that use can download to their computer, please use the following structure:

Leipurin-description-monthyear(when needed)

Summary

• always start with Leipurin- (for file branding)

• for recipes add -ammattilaisresepti- before description

• for events add -tapahtumat- before description

• add month & year when needed

• use english language

Generic, multipurpose images

• start with description

• add -leipurin at the end

• add industry in the name, if clearly industry specific
